Monero Bridge Swap — FAQ

Everything you need to know about swapping BTC, ETH, XMR, SOL, XRP, BNB, DOGE, ADA, TON, LTC, USDT and 60+ coins on Monero Bridge Swap. Direct answers, no fluff — from your first anonymous swap to privacy best practices and troubleshooting.

Getting Started — The Basics
No account, no registration, no email address — none of it. Monero Bridge Swap is completely registration-free by design. Open the swap widget on the main page, pick your currency pair, enter your destination wallet address and that is it. There is no profile to create, no login to remember, no password to protect or eventually lose. The bridge works the same way for your first swap as it does for your hundredth.
Zero KYC — not at any amount, not for any coin pair, not for any user anywhere in the world. We never ask for your name, date of birth, government-issued ID, passport, driver's licence, selfie, proof of address, phone number or any biometric data. Every swap processes without any identity verification whatsoever. That is the foundational reason this platform exists.
Monero Bridge Swap does not run your wallet address through third-party blockchain surveillance or risk-scoring services as a standard part of the swap process. Your destination wallet is used for one purpose only: delivering your converted funds. We do not rate, flag or penalise wallets based on their transaction history or risk scores assigned by external analytics providers. Your prior transactions are your own business.
We support 60+ cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Monero (XMR), Solana (SOL), XRP, USDT on ERC-20/TRC-20/BEP-20/Solana/TON/Arbitrum/Polygon, USDC, BNB, DAI, TRON (TRX), Dogecoin (DOGE), Cardano (ADA), Sui (SUI), Litecoin (LTC), Toncoin (TON), Dash (DASH), PEPE, Zcash (ZEC), Arbitrum (ARB), Polygon (POL), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), AVAX, DOT, ATOM, XLM, ETC, LINK, AAVE, SHIB, WBTC, WETH, APT and more. Privacy coins like Monero and Zcash are fully supported in both directions with no extra restrictions or limits. See the complete live list directly in the bridge widget.
The minimum per transaction is equivalent to $100 USD and the maximum is $282,100 USD. These limits are flat and identical for every user — there are no higher tiers unlocked by verification, because verification does not exist here. The exact minimum and maximum in your selected cryptocurrency is calculated live and displayed in the widget before you send a single coin.
Yes, fully — and we genuinely encourage it if network-level privacy is part of your setup. We never block, throttle or restrict access from VPN connections or the Tor network. Monero Bridge Swap works exactly the same over Tor as it does over a direct connection. Bridge BTC, ETH, XMR, SOL, XRP, DOGE or any supported coin over Tor without any restriction or penalty.
How the Bridge Works
Most swaps complete within 5 to 15 minutes from the moment your deposit confirms on-chain. The exact speed depends on the originating blockchain. Ethereum, Solana and TRON-based swaps typically settle in minutes — often under 5. Bitcoin swaps may take slightly longer depending on network fees and congestion at the time, since 1 to 2 on-chain confirmations are required before the bridge engine fires.
When you create an order, the live exchange rate is fetched from the market and locked for 30 minutes. If your deposit arrives within that window, the swap processes at the rate you were shown. If your deposit arrives after the 30-minute window has expired, the rate is recalculated at the then-current market rate. This is standard practice for automated bridges and protects both the user and the platform from extreme rate movements during delays.
Yes. BTC to XMR is the most popular pair on Monero Bridge Swap. Monero is fully supported as both the source and destination currency with zero verification required — the same zero-KYC, zero-registration flow that applies to every other pair. Many users choose XMR as the receive currency because Monero's ring signature protocol, stealth addresses and confidential transactions make the resulting coins genuinely untraceable at the blockchain level. Combining our no-KYC bridge with Monero's native privacy gives you two layers of protection simultaneously.
Yes. Every coin listed on the bridge — including XRP, BNB, DOGE, ADA, TON, LTC, SUI, PEPE, BCH and all others — processes through the same zero-KYC, zero-registration flow as BTC and ETH. There are no coins on this platform that require additional verification. If it appears in the widget, it swaps anonymously. You choose the pair, enter a wallet, send, receive. That is the complete process for every supported coin.
No. Monero Bridge Swap is strictly non-custodial. We do not hold user balances, maintain internal wallets or create accounts of any kind. Your deposit flows directly through the swap engine and the converted coins are dispatched immediately to your destination wallet. No custodial relationship exists between you and this platform at any step in the process.
Standard web server infrastructure generates access logs that may include IP addresses alongside HTTP request timestamps. These are operational records used for security monitoring and error diagnosis — not for user tracking, profiling or linking to swap data. IP addresses are not connected to order information and are never shared with third parties. If IP-level anonymity matters to you, use a VPN or Tor — both are fully supported and never restricted on this platform.
No. We use exactly one cookie: the PHP session cookie that keeps your active order accessible as you navigate between pages during a swap. It contains no personal information and expires automatically when you close the browser tab. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, Mixpanel, Chainalysis, Elliptic or any other behavioural analytics, retargeting or user-profiling technology of any kind.
Privacy Coins — XMR, ZEC and DASH
Yes. Monero (XMR), Zcash (ZEC) and Dash (DASH) are all fully supported on Monero Bridge Swap in both directions — as the source or destination of any swap. These are privacy-native cryptocurrencies that Binance, Kraken, Coinbase and most regulated exchanges have been forced to delist under AML compliance pressure. Here they remain available because financial privacy is a legitimate choice, not grounds for exclusion. Same flat limits, same anonymous flow as every other pair.
Regulated exchanges delist Monero, Zcash and Dash because their privacy features make it technically difficult or impossible to comply with certain AML tracing requirements imposed by financial regulators in jurisdictions like the EU, US and South Korea. The coins themselves are legal to own and transact in the vast majority of countries — the delisting is a compliance choice by those specific platforms, not an indication that the assets are illegal.
Support & Troubleshooting
Start by confirming that your deposit transaction has the required on-chain confirmations using a block explorer for the blockchain you sent from. Bitcoin typically needs 1 to 2 confirmations; most other chains confirm faster. If the deposit is fully confirmed and more than 30 minutes have passed without the bridged coins arriving, email support@bechangetime.com. Always include your Order ID (format: ORD-XXXXXXXX) and the deposit TXID. Including these details upfront cuts resolution time significantly — the team responds within 24 hours.
The Letter of Guarantee is a downloadable document generated for each order. It contains the Order ID, currency pair, amounts, deposit address and destination wallet — a verifiable signed record that the swap was initiated through our platform. Keep it as supporting evidence when following up with support or if you ever need to escalate a transaction dispute.
Sending the wrong coin to a deposit address is a serious error that cannot be reversed automatically by the bridge engine. Contact support@bechangetime.com immediately — include your Order ID, the TXID of the incorrect deposit, and which coin was mistakenly sent. Manual recovery may be possible on a best-efforts basis but is never guaranteed. Always double-check the required deposit coin shown on your order page before sending anything.
Email us at support@bechangetime.com. For any order-related issue always include your Order ID (format: ORD-XXXXXXXX) and the deposit transaction hash (TXID). We respond within 24 hours. For urgent stuck transactions, write URGENT in the subject line to prioritise your ticket in the queue. See the Contacts page for a full checklist of what to include for fastest resolution.
